'A masterpiece' – Kirkus Reviews, STARRED
'A beautiful and poetic book, full of the wonder of our world. The maps and their landmarks captivated my young son' – Get Kids Into Books
'A celebration of the imaginative bond that can be made between generations. I strongly advise you to go and get yourself a copy' – The Letterpress Project
A beautiful story that emphasizes the importance of sharing stories and how those stories can help connect different generations. The beautiful illustrations add warmth to the story.

I especially loved the moment when our 'old man of the sea', or Grandpa, meets Asia, and they eat spices that burned their tongues and shared secrets in ancient temples. Lovely colourful illustrations, as always!
